SECTION 1 – MADE-TO-ORDER & ENGRAVED PRODUCTS

All of our engraved products are custom made to order. This means:

Production begins shortly after your order is received.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your right to cancel does not apply to personalised or custom-made goods.

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

We will only offer refunds or replacements in the event of a defect, error, or damage caused by us or during delivery. Please inspect your order on receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any issues.

SECTION 2 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

SECTION 3 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item is defective or incorrect through our error.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

We reserve the right to reject refund or replacement requests that:

Are submitted outside this timeframe.

Relate to minor variations or natural imperfections in engraved materials.

Result from customer error (e.g., spelling mistakes submitted at checkout).

SECTION 4 – PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We take care to accurately present product images, descriptions, and measurements. However:

There may be natural variations in engraving or materials.

Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.

SECTION 5 – PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 6 – LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Scots law, we shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses.

Customer errors during personalisation (e.g., incorrect spellings).

Delays caused by courier services or external factors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All other sections from your original Terms (e.g. Accuracy of Information, Third-Party Tools, User Comments, etc.) remain valid unless they contradict the customisation terms above.
