Personalised, Custom-Made, and Sale Items – No Returns

Please note that personalised, custom-made, or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes situations where:

You change your mind after purchase

Incorrect personalisation details are provided by you

The finished product matches the details submitted at checkout

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Standard Products – Returns Accepted

All non-custom, standard products may be returned by the customer in line with UK consumer legislation.

Returns must be made at the customer’s own expense

Items must be in their original condition and packaging
