The Honest Truth: Reselling Stopped Feeling Right

When I first started YOSSO, my goal was simple: make life a little easier by offering affordable, useful products without the big-brand price tags. And for a while, that worked. I partnered with UK-based wholesalers, curated fun and functional items, and celebrated every order like it was Christmas.

But behind the scenes? It got rough.

• Wholesalers became unreliable.

• Stock would suddenly vanish or arrive damaged.

• Some orders were delayed through no fault of mine — and that felt awful.

It got to the point where I couldn’t confidently guarantee the quality or consistency I knew you deserved. And honestly, I wasn’t enjoying the process anymore.

That’s when I hit pause and asked myself:
